罗艺璇，经济学博士，福州大学经济与管理学院教师、硕士生导师。主要研究领域：发展经济学、资源与环境经济学、林业经济与政策。近年来，主持国家社科基金青年项目、福建省创新战略项目等多项。以第一作者身份在《forest science》、《forest products journal》、《中国农业大学学报（社会科学版）》、aaea等国内外学术期刊及国际会议上发表多篇论文。参与攥写的1项决策咨询报告获国务院领导人、省部级领导批示。
