演讲人简介：万国华现任上海交通大学特聘教授，博士生导师。他在华中理工大学、上海交通大学和香港科技大学分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位。2007年加入上海交通大学之前，在香港科技大学、澳门大学和纽约大学从事科研和教学工作。
主要研究兴趣包括服务运作管理、运营与供应链管理、信息系统及管理，研究成果发表于operations research, management science, informs journal on computing, mathematics of operations research, naval research logistics和iise transactions等学术刊物。现任production and operations management杂志的senior editor。
